I went to Redwood with Viz, and hes hurt so he was nice enough to go at a pace that i could almost keep, and it seems hes healing now, so good. Hes also the only person who reads my blog, so this is dumb. Anyway we did eight miles and we were both pretty comfortable, except my breathing was heavy, but that died down as we kept going. Good run, i also didnt pool this morning. My pooling days are over, now its time to dominate.
