Uhm like stuff. So we dont get to run tomorrow and thats not gonna change, but the team could win without 2 outa top 4 and 4 outa top 7, college park and northgate arent that good, plus Nate Cox, Colby and Aria have all PRed huge lately. Its a slim chance, but possible. Today i wanted to see how long i could keep up with viz on a long run, and it turns out its 2 miles, which we covered 1.75 of it at 502 pace and the rest at 530 pace, as well as an extra 400m at 530, so we covered 2 miles in roughly 10:16 and 2.25 in 13 flattish, the fast 1.75 in the middle is the most impressive part, the rest is just surrounding it. After that i did about 3-4 miles easy and was done. Apparently what i think is easy is different than Miramonte, their number 1 and 2 guys got passed by me on my cooldown...
