Running makes things better. When i started my run, i immediately had a difference in thought.
From my house, i ran to the commons, over Rheem and along the bike trail. From there i went along the bike path to Staging area and did Kings canyon, then ran from Rancho to a gas station in between Miramonte and Jack in the box and went up that road which leads to Corliss and went through that neighborhood, then came out on Moraga road and went up to the Rheem shopping center, ran through the back of it and came out by the theater and went behind Carol Ranch and then came out on the road again, ran through Campo and saw Fin, Nicky and Jamie, just ran by, ran to the rim and then home. 19 miles with hills, it kinda made a figure 8 of Moraga, but there were 3 circles so its something like this 000, but connected. I cant exactly stand right now and i dont think i will be able to move to my bed.
