Today Chris HD and i went to Redwood and did a short run cuz his hip was hurting. We only did 4.5 miles but the competition got outa hand the mile and a quarter before the parking lot, we definitely broke five, the question is by how much. Also when we were up there we came across the entire Cal distance team with the likes of Mark Matusak, Jake Schmitt, Yosef and Giliat Ghebray, Chris Chavez, and others. It was pretty cool when we passed Yosef and Schmitt at our top speed, and they had to move aside. Like we could do that in a race, i think they were on their cooldown, still it was cool, and they were really nice. Later we went to Mels and it was yummy.
